Postpartum Chiropractic
Book NowBecause being a mama is a full-time job and you can’t pour from an empty cup.
Recovery from labor can present a whole new set of challenges for our mamas. The postpartum body needs adequate time to heal. Remember if the gestation period is between 38-42 weeks, the body needs a respective amount of time to come back together harmoniously. In addition, child care and the repetitive motions associated with feeding and caring for a newborn can present with a lot of biomechanical stressors that can cause you grief in the postpartum period. We are here to support you and help your body heal naturally with chiropractic care.

“I just delivered my baby less than a week ago; 100% natural, non-medicated at a hospital. I experienced absolutely no pain (using Hypnobabies) and recovery has been extremely smooth. I truly believe my body was well taken care of and primed to be relaxed and "open" under Dr. Binder's care. I have yet to experience any aches or pains postpartum, in LARGE thanks to Dr. Binder! I've been able to sit upright and walk around from day one, and had no issues taking the stairs in my house upon return. I am being extremely careful in taking it easy, staying off my feet, mild exercise, etc. My postpartum physical condition is amazing, and I totally did not expect to feel this great (esp after my first birth). I am DEFINITELY returning to Dr. Binder as soon as I feel comfortable, and cannot recommend her enough for prenatal and postpartum care!!!”
