Fertility

Prenatal Chiropractic

If you are pregnant you 1000% want to see a prenatal trained chiropractor. Both of our chiropractors specialize in the Webster Technique which is designed to help promote optimal fetal positioning for your baby. A lot of moms come to us when they find out that their baby is transverse or breech and with the Webster Technique we help to reduce tension in the pelvis specifically to promote optimal fetal positioning. In conjunction with our prenatal chiropractic care, we give our moms stretches to perform at home to prepare mom and baby for optimal alignment for labor and birth.

Additionally, we have an in-house midwife and IBCLC to approve all of our treatments and protocols and give you guidance along the way!

Postpartum Chiropractic

The #1 thing we see happen after birth is that moms focus on taking care of their newborn and put off taking care of thier own body even though it has worked the hardest it ever has in its lifetime!

Recovery from labor can present a whole new set of challenges for our mamas. The postpartum body needs adequate time to heal. Remember if the gestation period is between 38-42 weeks, the body needs a respective amount of time to come back together harmoniously. In addition, child care and the repetitive motions associated with feeding and caring for a newborn can present with a lot of biomechanical stressors. Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation involves processing your placenta in either one of two ways and then encapsulating the dehydrated placenta for consumption and recovery during the postpartum period. We offer a Chinese Medicine method (steamed and then dehydrated) or a raw method (dehydrated at a lower temperature for a longer period of time).

Our placenta encapsulation services also include the preparation of a tincture, placenta art & keepsake at no extra charge.
